Chef Danny St-Pierre pizzas arrive in Montreal
Wednesday was the opening day for chef Danny St Pierre’s Danny Pan Pizza in St-Henri, a new satellite spot for pan pizzas.
St Pierre likens his pies to the Detroit style with a crust that’s a crispy wall of cheese, but round, and that they bear some semblance to Chicago’s famed Pequod’s.
