Popular vegan pizza restaurant to open shop in Victoria

With restaurants in Toronto, Portland and Vancouver, Virtuous Pie now plans to open their biggest location yet in Victoria.

Some of their most popular pizzas include the “Super Funghi,” made with cashew mozzarella, herbed potato cream and truffle almond ricotta, and the “Ultravolet” pizza, made with walnut and arugula pesto, dried tomatoes, kale and caramelized onions.
