Indian Cuisine books author opens a pizzeria

Raghavan Iyer, author of '660 Curies' and many other cooking and meditation books will soon open Pizza Karma in Eden Prairie, MN.
The pizzas will be cooked in a tandoori oven, and crusts brushed with ghee imported from India. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to charity.
